Frustrated

There are only two types of buyers in the real estate market today. There is the first time buyer and the investor buyer. The majority of first time home buyers are going to purchase a home using FHA financing. Most investors are cash buyers, with a quick closing.

The bank will accept a cash offer when they come because they are so much easier to close. This leaves agents and first time home buyers making offer after offer while frustrations over a lack of success mount. It is not uncommon to see buyers make 12 to 20 offers before a bank accepts their offer.
