Answer: No, of course not, because with the Tax Credit you must close the escrow before the government gives the down payment back.

Question: If I agree to modify my loan, can I stay here through the Holidays at no cost?

Answer: Yes you can.

Question: How long can I stay in my house after I quit making the payment?

Answer: No telling, a couple years is possible at this time.

Question: If the Bank repossesses my home, how much money will they give me?

Answer: There is no set amount, but up to $5,000 is possible.

Question: What is the best & cheapest way to delay eviction after foreclosure for a few days?

Question: I took out a LIAR loan, than lost the house. Should I still feel guilty for lying?

Answer: Not if you took out the LIAR Loan before the lenders guidelines changed in April of 2006.
